COVID-19 has forced our Churches to close their doors, but we are still called to live out our faith.
At Ruza Digital Ministries, we want to provide help to enable Churches to offer support, to pray, to worship, to bring fellowship and teaching and to grow in faith, in a digital world.
When you are thinking about online and digitial tools, a good starting point is to consider what you want to achieve:
- Who are you trying to reach?
- What do you want to do?
- What expertise do you have in your church already?
- Who is leading this effort?
We are also aware that the coronavirus is not going away soon, and services will not be returning to ‘normal’ for quite some time.
The experience in the US recently highlights that many parishioners may not return at all when we resume Sunday services.
This is something we believe will have a long lasting impact on our church in the UK.
